         Here at Temple Polish, we assist in removing stagnant and negative energy. We help it flow and assist in removing blockages that build up. We can assist in your own efforts to increase the quality and quantity of your own energetic pathways, process grief, heal injury, and sleep just to name a few. 
   This can be done as an overall support or with a specific goal or intention in mind. It can be done in person or from a distance. It loses none of the efficiency and in some cases works even better when done remotely. We do not replace doctors and encourage proper medical and psychological professional involvement. We do supplement your care in a way they cannot. Your own energetic system must be working for the body to function at its peak and can adversely affect physical health if not maintained.
